iran food + bev tec 2018 - A great show!

The 25th iran agrofood: 1,225 exhibitors from 29 countries welcomed more than 40,000 visitors from all over Iran and the entire region

Exhibitors, visitors and organisers are unanimous in their assessment: iran food + bev tec 2018 has been a great show! 

In conjunction with iran bakery + confectionery, iran food ingredients, iran food + hospitality and iran agro a total of 1,225 exhibitors from 29 countries welcomed more than 40,000 visitors from all over Iran and the entire region at iran agrofood this year. 

iran agrofood 2018 proudly presented 25 official country pavilions and occupied the entire Tehran International Fairgrounds.  

The 25th anniversary edition of iran food + bev tec kicked-off on 29 June 2018 in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture-Jahad, Mr Ali Akbar Mehrfard, the Ambassadors of India and the Netherlands and many other dignitaries.

Food processing and food manufacturing technologies are the highlights as they attract decision makers to the show in each of the innovative ways of our industry.

A great show - evaluation of the show

The 25th iran agrofood has been a great show. This was the conclusion reached by Dr. Esfahbodi, Deputy Minister of Industries, Mines and Trade and Chairman of the board of the IIEC-Iran International Exhibitions Co. and  representatives of the organisers fairtrade and Palar Samaneh (photos hereunder). 

iran food + bev tec & iran bakery + confectionery 2018 featured 430 exhibitors from 20 countries

495 exhibitors from 20 countries, including 8 official national pavilions,took part in iran food + bev tec & iran bakery + confectionery, a who-is-who of the international elite of food, bakery + confectionery, beverage and packaging technology. 

The exhibitors came from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, India, Iran, Italy, Korea, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. 

Eight national pavilions at iran food + bev tec 2018  

A large number of eight national pavilions was present at iran food + bev tec 2018. Here are the supporting institutions:

  • Germany – German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs in cooperation with AUMA and supported by VDMA Food Processing and Packaging Machinery

  • Netherlands – NEC Netherlands Export Combination & East-West Trade

German Pavilion on 838 sqm at iran food + bev tec & iran bakery + confectionery 2018

German manufacturers of food and beverages, processing and packaging machines again left strong traces in Hall 38 at iran food + bev tec 2018. And for the first time the German Pavilion was also represented in Hall 38B at the iran bakery + confectionery.   

The German Pavilion extended over 838 sqm and was presented by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in cooperation with the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) and supported by the VDMA Food Processing and Packaging Machinery.

Additional German companies were present with their own company stands outside the pavilion. And of course on iran food ingredients
