Evaluation of the exhibitors’ questionnaires

According to our exhibitors’ questionnaire, the most important objective turned out to be sales with a share of 28.7%, followed by public relations and observation of the market nearly equally weighted with a share of 24.6% and 24.2% followed by search for an agent with 14.6% and other aims by 7.8%.

As shown in graph 1, the first objective, sales has been achieved completely by 24% and by 57% partially. The objective public relations has been achieved by 71% completely and by 25% partially while observation of the market has been achieved by 63% completely and to 32% partially. Search for an agent has been achieved completely by 14% and partially by 16%. Other aims have been achieved completely by 30% and partially by 26%.
    

In an attempt to assess the overall success of iran food & bev tec 2008, the exhibitors were asked to rate each of the following parameters:

Next year’s iran food & bev tec has been scheduled for the End of May 2009, and all official pavilions and major exhibitors have already reserved for this 16th International Food, Beverage and Packaging Technology Trade Fair.

For iran food & bev tec 2009, 70% of the exhibitors already confirmed during the last day of the show to definitely exhibit again and 29% seriously consider a participation next year (see graph 3).
